Planning – We’ll discuss about your property, budget and future plans, we’ll start to define the scope of your project. Show us some of your inspirations for what you have in mind.

Preliminary Design – We’ll develop a conceptual design of your desired space taking in account aesthetics, function and costs.

Design Detail – Detailed drawings and schematics are created, and bids are sent out to subcontractors. Price is set.

Construction begins – We provide the schedule, supervise and visit the project throughout the construction project and through to competition.

Once we’ve completed our project site visit and you choose to work with MPLS Remodelers to our design phase, we will ask that you sign our design retainer so we can move forward to the next the step and provide you with a full itemized estimate on the design for your project. We won’t pressure you into signing the retainer; however, it is required in order to move forward and is a very important step in your home remodeling project. If you select us for your project, your design fee will be credited toward the project costs.
